How to do it
- 1Stand with your feet about twice shoulder-width apart, toes pointing forward or turned out slightly.
- 2Shift your weight to one side and bend that knee, sitting your hips back and down while the other leg stays straight.
- 3Let the straight leg pivot onto its heel with the toes pointing up, and keep the heel of the bent leg flat on the floor.
- 4Keep your chest up and the bent knee tracking over your toes, going only as deep as you can control.
- 5Push back up through the bent leg to the middle, then repeat on the other side.
