How to do it

  1. 1Load a barbell in a landmine and kneel on both knees facing the loaded end, knees under your hips and a pad beneath them.
  2. 2Lift the end of the bar to your upper chest and hold it with both hands cupped or interlaced around the sleeve.
  3. 3Brace your stomach and squeeze your glutes so your body stays upright from knees to head.
  4. 4Press the bar up and forward until your arms are straight, squeezing your chest at the top.
  5. 5Lower the bar under control back to your upper chest, keeping your ribs down and your back from arching.
