How to do it

  1. 1Stand with your back against a smooth wall and walk your feet out in front of you, hip-width apart.
  2. 2Slide your back down the wall until your knees are bent to about a right angle and your thighs are roughly level with the floor.
  3. 3Keep your knees over your ankles, your back and hips against the wall and your weight through your heels.
  4. 4Breathe steadily and hold for the set time without resting your hands on your thighs.
  5. 5Slide back up the wall to stand and finish.
