How to do it

  1. 1Anchor a band at chest height and stand side-on to it, feet a little wider than your hips and knees slightly bent.
  2. 2Hold the band with both hands, step away until it is taut and straighten your arms in front of your chest.
  3. 3Brace your stomach and turn your chest and arms away from the anchor, keeping your hips and knees facing forward.
  4. 4Let your eyes follow your hands so your head turns with your torso, and stop when your arms point to the far side.
  5. 5Return slowly to the start without letting the band pull you back, and switch sides after the set.
