How to do it
- 1Set up in a side plank on one forearm, elbow under your shoulder, feet stacked or staggered and hips lifted.
- 2Reach your top arm straight up towards the ceiling.
- 3Rotate your chest towards the floor and thread the top arm under your body, keeping your hips high.
- 4Unwind back to the start, reaching the arm up again; keep the hips still and the body in one line throughout.
- 5Finish the reps on one side, then switch to the other.
