How to do it

  1. 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and place the band around your upper back, crossing it in front of your chest.
  2. 2Hold the ends of the band with your hands, keeping your elbows bent and close to your sides.
  3. 3Engage your abs and twist your torso to one side, bringing your elbow towards the opposite knee.
  4. 4Pause for a moment, then return to the starting position.
  5. 5Repeat on the other side.
  6. 6Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
