How to do it

  1. 1Lie face down and set your forearms on the floor, elbows under your shoulders.
  2. 2Push through your forearms and lift your hips until your body makes one straight line from head to heels.
  3. 3Squeeze your glutes and brace your stomach as if about to be prodded.
  4. 4Keep your hips level and your neck long, looking at the floor just ahead of your hands.
  5. 5Hold for the set time, then lower your knees to finish.
