How to do it
- 1Bring the kettlebell to the rack position: handle across your palm, bell resting on the outside of your forearm, wrist straight and elbow tucked in.
- 2Stand with your feet hip-width apart, brace your stomach and squeeze your glutes so your body stays tall and still.
- 3Press the bell straight up, keeping your forearm vertical and letting your palm turn to face forward as it passes your head.
- 4Finish with your arm locked out and your biceps close to your ear, without leaning away or shrugging.
- 5Lower the bell under control back to the rack, finish your reps, then switch arms.
