How to do it
- 1Set a barbell in a landmine, lift the loaded end and hold it at chest height with both hands cupped around the sleeve.
- 2Stand facing the anchor with your feet about hip-width apart and your elbows tucked in.
- 3Step one foot back and lower the back knee towards the floor until your front thigh is about level.
- 4Keep your chest up and don't let the bar pull your torso forward; the front knee stays in line with your toes.
- 5Drive through the front foot to stand and bring the back foot forward to the start, then switch legs after the set.
