How to do it
- 1Stand tall with a kettlebell in each hand at your sides and your feet about hip-width apart.
- 2Take a long step forward and lower your hips until both knees bend to about 90 degrees, with the back knee just above the floor.
- 3Keep your chest up, your front knee in line with your toes and your weight spread through the whole front foot.
- 4Push hard through the front foot to step back to the start.
- 5Finish your reps on that leg, then switch sides.
