How to do it
Load a barbell in a landmine, stand next to the loaded end and pick it up with the hand opposite your standing leg, arm straight and standing knee slightly bent.
Brace your stomach, keep your spine long and pull your shoulder back so the bar hangs close to your standing leg.
Push your hips back and tip your torso forward as the free leg rises behind you, keeping your body in one line from head to raised heel.
Keep your hips square to the floor and lower until you feel a strong stretch in the back of your standing leg, without rounding your back.
Drive through your whole foot and squeeze your glute to bring your hips forward and stand tall; finish all reps, then switch legs.
