How to do it

  1. 1Load the free end of a landmine bar and stand facing the anchor with that end in front of your hips, feet hip-width apart.
  2. 2Hold the thick end of the bar with both hands, one over the other, and stand tall with a slight bend in your knees.
  3. 3Push your hips straight back and let the bar travel down in front of your legs, keeping your back flat and your shins nearly vertical.
  4. 4Stop when your hamstrings are well stretched or just before your back starts to round.
  5. 5Drive your hips forward to stand back up and squeeze your glutes at the top without leaning back.
