How to do it

  1. 1Load the free end of a landmine bar and stand over it in a wide stance facing the anchor, the bar end between your feet and your toes turned out.
  2. 2Squat down and take the end of the bar with both hands, then stand up so it hangs at arm's length between your legs.
  3. 3Sit straight down between your heels, pushing your knees out and keeping your chest up and back flat.
  4. 4Go as deep as your hips allow; the plate may lightly touch the floor at the bottom.
  5. 5Drive through your feet to stand back up and squeeze your glutes at the top.
