How to do it

  1. 1Set the foot cradles around hip height, stand with your back to the anchor and hook both feet in, then place your hands on the floor shoulder-width apart.
  2. 2Walk your hands back towards the anchor while lifting your hips, until your body is upside down and stacked over your hands.
  3. 3Bend your elbows to lower your head under control towards the floor between your hands, elbows angled slightly forward.
  4. 4Keep your stomach and glutes tight so your body stays straight and does not swing in the straps.
  5. 5Press through your palms to straighten your arms, then walk your hands forward and lower your hips to finish.
