How to do it

  1. 1Sit on a stability ball with your feet flat on the ground and your knees bent at a 90-degree angle.
  2. 2Hold the cable handle with both hands and extend your arms straight out in front of you.
  3. 3Lean back slightly while keeping your back straight and your core engaged.
  4. 4Twist your torso to the right, bringing the cable handle towards your right hip.
  5. 5Pause for a moment, then twist your torso to the left, bringing the cable handle towards your left hip.
