How to do it

  1. 1Sit on a cable machine with your feet flat on the ground and your knees bent.
  2. 2Hold the cable handle with both hands and position it behind your head.
  3. 3Engage your abs and slowly curl your upper body forward, bringing your chest towards your knees.
  4. 4Pause for a moment at the top, then slowly return to the starting position.
  5. 5Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
