How to do it
- 1Stand with your feet hip-width apart and a kettlebell on the floor just beside one foot.
- 2Push your hips back and bend your knees to grip the handle with the hand on that side, chest up and back flat.
- 3Brace your trunk and stand up by driving through both feet, keeping your shoulders level and your torso from tipping toward the weight.
- 4Finish tall with the kettlebell at your side and your hips fully extended.
- 5Lower it back to the floor along the same path with the same control, then finish your reps before switching sides.
