How to do it

  1. 1Lie on your back with your heels on top of a stability ball and your arms out to the sides, palms down.
  2. 2Squeeze your glutes and lift your hips until your body is straight from shoulders to heels.
  3. 3Keeping your hips up, bend your knees and roll the ball in towards your glutes.
  4. 4Do not let your hips sag or twist as the ball comes in; use your arms on the floor for balance.
  5. 5Roll the ball back out slowly until your legs are straight, keeping your hips off the floor between reps.
