How to do it

  1. 1Face away from the anchor of a suspension trainer and hold a handle in each hand with your arms straight out in front of your chest, palms facing each other.
  2. 2Walk your feet back and lean forward until your body forms a straight plank from head to heels.
  3. 3With a slight bend in your elbows, open your arms out to the sides and let your chest lower towards the anchor line.
  4. 4Go only as wide as you can control while keeping your hips from sagging and your shoulders down.
  5. 5Squeeze your chest to bring the handles back together in front of you, returning to the start.
