How to do it

  1. 1Stand facing a cable machine with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. 2Hold onto the cable machine for support.
  3. 3Lift one leg off the ground and balance on the other leg.
  4. 4Slowly raise your heel off the ground, lifting your body up onto your toes.
  5. 5Pause for a moment at the top, then slowly lower your heel back down to the starting position.
  6. 6Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs.
