How to do it

  1. 1Set the foot cradles a few inches off the floor, lie face down and hook both feet in.
  2. 2Set up in a forearm plank with your elbows under your shoulders, forearms parallel and your body straight from head to heels.
  3. 3Press your palms into the floor and straighten your elbows to push up into a high plank.
  4. 4Keep your hips level and your stomach and glutes tight so your feet stay still in the straps.
  5. 5Bend your elbows under control to lower back onto your forearms, keeping them close to your sides.
