How to do it

  1. 1Set the straps to about knee height and kneel facing away from the anchor with your toes in the foot cradles.
  2. 2Place your hands on the floor directly under your shoulders with your arms straight.
  3. 3Lift your knees until your body is straight from head to heels, feet hanging in the straps.
  4. 4Squeeze your glutes and brace your stomach so your hips do not sag or swing; look at the floor.
  5. 5Hold for the set time, then lower your knees to the floor to finish.
