How to do it

  1. 1Sit on a bench with your back straight and feet flat on the ground.
  2. 2Hold the ez barbell with an overhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart.
  3. 3Raise the barbell overhead, fully extending your arms.
  4. 4Keeping your upper arms stationary, lower the barbell behind your head by bending your elbows.
  5. 5Pause for a moment, then raise the barbell back to the starting position by extending your arms.
  6. 6Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
