How to do it

  1. 1Kneel in front of a stability ball and rest your forearms on top of it, elbows under your shoulders and hands loosely together.
  2. 2Step your feet back one at a time until your body forms a straight line from head to heels, with only your forearms and toes touching.
  3. 3Tuck your pelvis slightly and brace your stomach so your lower back does not sag.
  4. 4Keep the ball still and push your forearms into it so your shoulders stay away from your ears.
  5. 5Hold for the set time, then lower your knees to the floor before letting go of the ball.
