How to do it

  1. 1Stand tall with your feet about hip-width apart and your hands on your hips.
  2. 2Keep your knees soft and your shoulders level and still over your feet.
  3. 3Push your hips forward, then round to one side, back and over to the other side, tracing a wide, smooth circle.
  4. 4Move slowly and only as far as feels comfortable, letting the circle grow over the first few reps.
  5. 5Do the same number of circles in the other direction.
