Where the week's sets go
Rest days can move — keep the order.
Every session lands in your routines as it is written here. Change the exercises, sets, reps, rest and days afterwards — it is yours once it is there.

Workout 3 of 4
Pull-led upper body · 7 exercises · Up to 33 min

Stay at a weight until every set hits the top of its range with two reps left in you, then go up one notch on the stack or 2 kg on the dumbbells. After eight to twelve weeks, move to the 4-Day Upper / Lower.
